As a long time yogi who fell out of practice for a year it is good to be able to have a customized program without the stress of attending class or the apprehension that comes with being out of shape or no longer being able to do poses that were once so simple.

I am a cancer survivor and live in Canada. The winters are brutal here. I have turned to yoga hoping to be able to gain back some quietness to my heart, mind, spirit and body, as well as some physical fitness and flexibility. I have tried a couple of different apps but seem to be enjoying yours for a variety of reasons. The ability to set my own time allotment, list my needs and abilities, and progress at my own pace and repeat if necessary, are important to me.

I have tried many yoga video sites and apps. This is by far the best. I basically chose a few settings and then voila! I just don't have the time search for yoga videos and then figure out what works for me etc. Another big thing for me is the videos are with a real instructor with voice-overs. A lot of the other apps have animations and/or no voice-overs. Very annoying!
