• You need to first create a yogatailor account at http://www.yogatailor.com?pmode=registration. You can use your facebook login or create a new account with your email and a password.
• After you have successfully created an account, go to http://www.yogatailor.com?pmode=edit_account. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to login.
• Enter your voucher code into the space provided for voucher entry and click on the Subscribe button. 

Note that you do not have to wait till your free trial is over to redeem. The payment is applied starting the day after the trial period expires so that you can still enjoy the 15 days of free trial.

Having trouble watching the video? is the image freezing up? Do you see the player endlessly buffering? Follow the steps to see if it solves your problem.

Step 1) Check your browser and operating system. Make sure you are able to watch the video at flowplayer.org/demos/plugins/javascript/playlist/horizontal.html . If you are able to watch this video, your browser and operating system is compatible and should be able to play videos on yogatailor. YogaTailor should work on all modern browsers(firefox, IE, chrome, safari etc) and operating systems, (Windows, Mac, Linux variants etc). YogaTailor should also work on iphones, ipads and android devices. Proceed to 2.

Step 2) Check your internet connection speed. We like www.speedtest.net or www.dslreports.com/ . Please go to one of this websites and check your internet connection. YogaTailor streams videos that are high quality. If you are getting speeds less than 250kbps (kilo bits per second), your streaming will suffer and the player will freeze and buffer. Consider upgrading your internet connection. Most DSL/Cable connections nowadays give speeds better than 1Mbps so it could also be a problem with your particular connection. Contact your ISP(Internet Service Provider). If you are getting good speed and still have the problem, proceed to step 3

Step 3) Check if other programs are running. Sometimes, when you run lots of programs, your computer might slow down. Try restarting the computer and then open only yogatailor and check for the performance. If its still bad.. proceed to Step 4)

Step 4) Please email support@yogatailor.com with the following info

• Your login email
• When did you have the problem eg. Dec 21, 2012, around 11pm
• What exactly was the problem eg. Video wont start
• Whats your browser and Operating System eg. Safari/MacOSX

If your account is connected with facebook, you can change the auto-post setting in the profile settings page. After you login, look at the bottom of the  page. Click on "MY ACCOUNT" to go to your account settings and make modifications. You can also access this page by clicking on My Account on YogaTailor  

Trying out yogatailor is free. We offer a Free Trial Period so that you can try the customization. But, if you still do not want to create a login, heres a 30 minute, intermediate session that was generated . Note that the videos are different everytime only if you login. Producing, editing and developing the videos costs money. And we as yoga instructors are not rolling in money. We did think about making it a advertisement-supported website but we found that most of the sites that take that approach become too cluttered. The users are distracted by the amount of selling that happens on these websites. The pricing structure we came up with is quite reasonable. A month's subscription at yogatailor is cheaper than a single visit to a yoga studio(In the SF bay area, a single visit it about $15 which is double what you would pay for a month of unlimited access to yogatailor)

The ideal time for yoga is in the morning after a shower and on an empty stomach. But, given our busy lives, this is not always possible. You can practice yoga any time of the day but make sure you have not eaten anything heavy 2-3 hours prior to your session.
