Concentration is an essential skill for achieving our goals. In fact, it is a tool for success. And like many skills, the more we exercise it the stronger it, gets. In this yoga practice we will start focusing on one thing at a time: breath and movement and then we will end with a visualization. With regular practice it will be easier to have laser-focused concentration. If we find it challenging to visualize, let’s concentrate on the feeling of the experience.
